Cost is more important than quality if you want to save more money and to have a higher profit(if you're a business person), but quality is the best choice if you want to save more money to reduce the money you spend to buy a product. For example, I bought a t-shirt with a price of ₱70.00 only. I saved a ₱230.00 if I will buy on Bench/ (for example), but this shirt is just a sub-standard clothe. After I washed it, the color already faded,so I need to buy another clothes for me to have something to wear. On the other hand, my friend tried to buy a shirt at a Bench/ store, it cost a price of ₱300.00. Even it cost more money, washing it and wearing a lot of times, it will still look the way how it looks before he bought it. So, the decision is your on how do you want to save money ;)
